Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Elite Mobile Tire LLC ("Elite Mobile Tire," "we," "us"). By using www.elitemobiletire.com, booking or receiving our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and the owner of the vehicle or authorized by the owner, to book or approve service.
3. Our Services
We provide mobile tire sales, mounting, balancing, repair, TPMS service, wheel cleaning and related services for passenger and commercial vehicles at your location in Columbus, Ohio and surrounding areas. Same-day service and arrival times depend on tire availability, weather, traffic and technician schedules. ETAs are estimates, not guarantees.
4. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the vehicle and tire information you provide. If the information is wrong, or our technician finds additional problems on site (such as damaged wheels, seized lug nuts, broken valve stems or failed TPMS sensors), we will explain the issue and get your approval before doing extra work. Prices shown on the website may change without notice and do not include applicable taxes or disposal fees unless stated.
5. Payment
Payment is due when service is completed unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods shown at checkout. Financing through Afterpay or Acima is offered by those third-party providers, is subject to their approval and terms, and is a separate agreement between you and that provider.
6. Cancellations and Special Orders
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Tires special-ordered for your vehicle may not be returnable, and a cancellation, restocking or trip fee may apply if you cancel after tires are ordered or after our technician is dispatched.
7. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate vehicle, tire and location information
- Make sure the vehicle is in a safe, legal and reasonably level spot where we are allowed to work
- Provide wheel lock keys if your vehicle has locking lug nuts
- Have the lug nuts re-torqued after the first 50–100 miles, as recommended by the tire industry
Our technician may decline or stop work if a location or situation is unsafe, including busy roadsides, severe weather or aggressive behavior.
8. Warranties
Tires carry the manufacturer's warranty. Our workmanship is covered as described on our Warranty page. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions, such as bent or cracked wheels, corroded or damaged lug studs, worn suspension parts or previously damaged TPMS sensors.
9. Website Use
You agree not to use our website for any illegal purpose or to interfere with its operation. Website content, including text, logos and images, belongs to Elite Mobile Tire or its licensors and may not be copied without our written permission.
10. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, including how we send service-related text messages.
11. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third-party sites, such as tire manufacturers, financing providers and review sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
12. Disclaimer
Except for the warranties described above, our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without other warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Mobile Tire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost time, lost wages, towing or rental costs. Our total liability for any claim related to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date.
